By using Toddler Home Brief (the “Site”), operated by Hiddenwork Development, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Nature of our content
The Site publishes editorial research about toddler furniture: transcribed product facts with their sources, recall tracking from official notices, comparisons, and — once our published protocol is met — editorial recommendations. Our content is informational and is not:
- a safety certification, laboratory test, or government approval;
- medical, legal, or professional advice;
- a guarantee that any product is safe or suitable for your child or home.
Children's products require adult judgment and supervision. Always follow the manufacturer's manual and official safety notices.
3. Recall information
Our recall ledger and checker summarize official CPSC notices we have reviewed. They are not complete, not real-time, and not a substitute for the official database at CPSC.gov. For any recall, the official notice controls the covered models and remedy. We publish the date each entry was last verified and correct material errors when identified.
4. Accuracy and updates
We work to keep facts sourced, dated, and current under the service levels described in our methodology, but products, prices, availability, documentation, and recall states change without notice. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiddenwork Development and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Intellectual property and acceptable use
- Site content, design, and data compilations are owned by Hiddenwork Development unless otherwise credited. Official government notices remain public documents; our transcriptions link to them.
- You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link. Bulk scraping, republication of our database, or misrepresenting our research as certification is not permitted.
- Do not use the Site to transmit malicious code or disrupt its operation.
7. Third-party links
Links to third-party sites (including manufacturers and government sources) are provided for reference. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Changes and contact
